    We specialise in e-commerce photography and video production, including high-quality images on white backgrounds, png cut outs, creative shots with props/backgrounds, and 15s video edits for e-commerce or social use.

  • How much do you charge for eCommerce images?

    eCommerce images are priced at £15 each. These images will have a white background and be delivered in both high resolution and web-sized formats.

  • Do I need to worry about image or video licensing?

    No, all our images and videos are royalty-free. You pay once and have complete confidence in your ownership without any confusing licensing rules.

  • What about video services?

    We produce videos for e-commerce and also offer 15-second edits suitable for social media use. Each video is priced at £25, which includes editing.

  • Where is Ranch Studio located?

    We are based in Battlesbridge, Essex, which is just 45 minutes outside of London. There is ample parking at the studio.

  • Can I send my products to Ranch Studio for photography or videography?

    Absolutely! Our fully insured studio can receive deliveries 24/7. We'll securely store your products and have them ready for your scheduled shoot.

  • How long will it take for my products to be photographed or filmed after they arrive?

    The turnaround time varies based on our booking schedule and the number of products to be captured. However, we prioritize efficiency and will communicate the estimated completion date upon product arrival. Post shoot we turn around images in 48 hours.

  • Do I need to be present during the shoot?

    No, you don't need to be present. Our professional team will handle everything. If you have specific requirements or ideas, you can share them with us in advance.

  • How will I receive my images and videos?

    Once completed, we will provide a secure link for you to download your high-resolution images and videos.

  • What if I'm not satisfied with the photos or videos?

    Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not pleased with the results, please let us know, and we'll work together to address your concerns.

  • Is there a minimum order quantity?

    There's no strict minimum, but for bulk orders or consistent requirements, reach out to us for possible discounts or packages.

  • Do you offer any bulk or package discounts?
